Get 'er done.

I can't wait until 10-mile treadmill runs take me 70-75 minutes again. But it is nice playing king of the treadmill. I usually outlast a few sets of super-incline fitness walkers :)

Your patience has been impressive. I'd have put myself back in a tailspin by now. :)

I like the king of thetreadmill idea. You'll have to let me know if they start muttering comments about the "treadmill hog".

Don't think I am not impatient! I check my frame every day in the mirror. Midsection is attaining differentiation once again. I've been running 9:15-9:30 on the treadmill but my heart rate is 152-165 if I throw in some pickups. I've really grown fond of the heart rate monitor because it is allowing me to see small improvements I wouldn't otherwise see (heart rate is recovering quicker daily).

There are probably 20 treadmills, so it isn't bad. I don't have to wait and I get one of the no-limit ones (most are 60 minute cut offs). Wait until he Eve-ers come out of the woodwork though. Not looking forward to that. The sidewalks are a mess right now. I can deal with snow and ice, but there are huge chucks of ice that make even walking difficult.
