A little sore but pretty mild. My legs don't feel dead and my breathing is good. Got to wait until Friday for a workout so I can hopefully get some fitness out of my race.
I have started moving my doubles from 11-13 to 13-14 with a longer morning run (8-10 miles) to make sure I get me mile in a get my endurance up.
