PM: 5 miles w/ 9 x 200 strides (I can't count) in 40 seconds just to loosen up but not hammer.
Megan asked me if I was limping earlier. I said no because I'm not in pain but my legs are very stiff, particularly my left knee that I wacked on the trails. Just really stiff walking down stairs. I've run a lot harder with more mileage for much longer periods of time and felt a lot better than this. Need some rolling time I guess.
