20 miles on a Tuesday! Can you do that? My world is being turned upside down right now.

Nice run, solid pace - definitely not loafing around. I like to do the same thing, make em count...not that I can even remember my last 20.

I woke up around 8:45, had a bowl of cereal. I did my writing for a little while then headed out around 11. Planned on 10-13 and decided to get one in. Living the dream :-)

I did an 18 back in June I think and just under 18 on the 4th. Other than that, sparse 13-14 milers with a 15 and 16 in the last month or so. Glad to see my endurance isn't complete dog crap. It needs work for sure.
