AM: Off. Walked about a mile to pick up a rental car. Legs are a bit heavy. To be expected.

PM: North side - 6.25 miles, averaged 7:32. Angry running. One of those days. On the grand scheme of 1 to war-torn and poverty stricken not so bad, I guess. Headed out for some sushi and beer, while I watch a small, bald Japanese man yell and cuss at people. He refers to himself as "crazy Tony" or, alternatively, "the sushi Nazi."

The sushi Nazi... Have to see it to believe it I'm sure. We actually have a sushi place in Brookings that my wife won't go near. Ugh.. This last day of eating bland food is making me hungry for sushi.
