PM: North side - 5.5 miles, averaged 7:56. Did a few strides.

To save time, I tried to shave and foam roll. Although I use an electric razor, this isn't easy. It's like patting your head and rubbing your stomach.

What really cracks me up is that i used the exact same analogy yesterday when i was telling my wife that I've been attempting to do toe raises while brushing my teeth.
