AM: Chestnut Hill College loop - 7.25 miles, averaged 8:39.

Might have to start calling this pace "Philadelphia easy." Good George Bush run. Little painful getting up this morning.

PM: Treadmill with Megan - 6 miles. Did some strides.

Probably do my workout inside tomorrow.

I must have missed the explanation of what a "George Bush run" is...

It's a hangover run. I picked it up from one of the scenes in the movie W. We get older but not necessarily wiser.

Ahh, makes sense!

Now the Philadelphia Easy comment makes sense, too.

Somewhat related, Matt. It's very hilly compared to my old running grounds. I'm mostly under heavy tree cover too (throws the Garmin). The morning run had ~575 feet of gain with about 230-300 of that in a mile and a quarter.
