I was sitting in the hospital yesterday and heard one old lady yell to another old lady sitting next to her if she'd ever tried white chicken chili. It sparked my interest, and now I'm going to have to try it! Thanks!

It looks like my message got lost from last night. Try this one, but you only need to cook it on low for about 5-5.5 hours. I add about 3 mandolin sliced jalapenos to bring the heat up.
I add extra beans and mash about a can to a can and a half and stir it in late in the cooking process to thicken it up so.
