9th to Heritage Trail to Happy Hollow Park and back - 11.25 miles, averaged 8:06
Not sure why I never put these routes together since much of it is covered and there are numerous water fountains and options to extend or change direction early.

Sounds like a fun run. Nice work yesterday, too. No surprises on the first rep i see.. :)

I think that first rep is tied with 4th fastest mile I've ever run and my 5th non-race sub-6. My legs didn't feel like they were working too hard, but I was breathing a bit.
