Thanks! I'm throwing in shortish tempos with a bit closer to HMP at the end for now when I feel like it rather than when I am scheduled for it.

Good idea - I've done the run-fast-when-you-feel-like-it plan and it definitely works as well as anything. Sometimes now I have an easy run scheduled and I'll be feeling smooth and think, "man I wish I had a workout planned."
