Wyndmoor - 4 miles, averaged 7:24. Did some strides. Feeling good.
I'd like to copy this guy on Sunday, but we shall see.

Thanks, Brett. Weather looks ideal. No reason not to run a smart race, run hard, and PR the heck out of these streets of Philadelphia!

Good luck on Sunday Jason. Run smart, trust your training, and beat Philadelphia into submission.

Thanks, Jake. I'd like to be really sensible and finish hard like I did at Sugarloaf. I managed to find someone from last year who ran on the faster end of what I want to run and you can see he did a long progression-ish run (see pic posted above).

What everyone else has said Jason…good luck.

wow, 1:21 in the second half...ok, anything slower and you're dead to me.
Go get em!

Admittedly tough, but that's still about 4+ minutes slower than I can probably run in an all out half. I hope I can be all you hope I can be :-)
I just need to avoid side stitches in miles 21-23. Happen every time and I lose valuable time. I can run through fatigue and I can run through dead legs, but not those.
