Did just a couple few minute segments after 10 miles at marathon pace. Nothing to count for quality miles, just a little pace changing to stay sharp.

On the downward slope I see. Fun, fun.. It's kind of nice knowing those 20 milers behind you. Good pace for that many miles today.

I could have run 20 today without too much trouble, but it probably isn't necessary. I usually do 16, but I wanted a few more minutes over 2 hours.
Feels good to be on thee downhill even though I have enjoyed the last few weeks of training immensely. 10 day out workout is the only substantial workout left. Probably do what I did last buildup and do 6 x 1 mile. 3 x 3 miles at 10-15 seconds faster than goal pace might be another option.

It's nice to quit knowing you had a bunch more to give. Good time of the buildup for that!
