Mostly watched Fear Fest on AMC. Have felt pretty blah. I think it’s just about the race, which my body seems to think is a full rather than a fitness building season ender. I’m not sure what the rest of the year looks like but I’m planning to switch over to cyclocross, which really just means I’ll probably be running mostly and doing 1-2 skill sessions with a commute day and one real ride a week as I have been doing.
