It's a nice way to push without pushing too hard (although technically there are about 3 miles from 6:20-6:40 in there). I'm currently unemployed so I'm using the standard noon-1:00 hour (or there about).

I do vaguely remember 9.5 mph being pretty fast from back in my treadmill days this winter.

Haha. It was my suggestion. She approved. She's always worried my weight will drop too much and I'll look like Ryan Hall (which would take 35-40 lbs as it turns out). It hasn't drastically but I'm holding out.
