I live in Michigan with my wife, Megan, and our boys, Charlie and Sawyer. I started running in September 2010. Semi-retired from running races in 2018. Primarily a cyclist now who still enjoys running.

Thanks. Probably a bit much for recovery, but the weather has been absolutely ideal. Getting back into regular doubles, but probably not to the extent I did this fall. That got excessive!
