Megan's Complex Gym - 9.1 miles in just over an hour.

5-mile tempo in 29:29 (10.0, 10.1, 10.2, 10.3, 10.3+) HR 172 average. Hitting 177-180 toward the end. Effort felt right, not sure about HR. But I had to concentrate in the last 2 miles and stay relaxed in the first few.

2.1 easy

I did this workout back in August on the same treadmill and ran 30:xx 4-5 weeks before Philly. It was 65 degrees in the gym and and I had Megan next to me so that helped.

Holy treadmill, nice job. The effort is definitely the key on those things, and that sounds perfect. Enjoy the rest day.

Incidentally I missed your sub-18 last weekend, nice going. You'll tap into the rest of your fitness soon and be in great shape for Boston.
