AM: Early morning 20 miler with the landrunners crew. Started out first 10 with Ian, tried to pick it up the last 10. Legs felt a little weak from yesterday I believe and tired from the lack of sleep the last few days. Wind was picking up towards the end, had to run the nasty classen road again. Finished around 2:08 for the total, didnt crush it but was ok with the overall run. Pretty humid out, for about 60 degree temps I was pretty soaked up in sweat. 

 

PM: 4 miles with the tread spinning at Marathon Pace, MP. 4 in around 22:30s, legs felt fresh after this mornings long run!

PM: 10 mile run quick after school, got a test in the AM. Ran 8 mile tempo starting at 5:35 finishing at 5:18ish. 10 mile total with 1.5 mile warm up and .5 cool down was 57:14. Felt good, strong. All im going to get in today. look to double up tomorrow.

AM: 11 miles during our "off" period this morning. Ran from the school's gym and did my modified marathon course. Perfect weather out, nice cool breeze from the North. Felt really comfortable and relaxed the whole run. Ran around 6:20s for the recovery run. 

 

PM: 6 more with Kate, matthew, and jax. Nice little family stroll with the family. Weather Money Son! Few strides at the end to warp up the 6 total.

AM: 7 morning run

 

PM: 7 mile run around OC. Weather money! felt great out, fitness is feeling good. Excited for the next two weeks and then the OKC memorial.

AM: Run with Daniel on the reverse course of the memorial marathon. Ran 21 in around 6:05 pace. Great morning for some running. Slight breeze, but over all nice weather. Came home and jumped on the Dread for a two mile push at 5:30 pace just finish up the run. Good workout overall. Pulling teeth time!
