Good workout at Alta High, but I don't think I did exactly 300m for each of my intervals. I think the 1:04 and 1:03 laps were long. I need to figure out the markings on the track.
I went up to Little Cottonwood from home and gained about 1400 ft in the first 8 miles. A couple of miles up the canyon I turned around and got the downhill miles I needed. I even got to be a part of the La Caille 7k for a little bit.
