Good workout at Alta High, but I don't think I did exactly 300m for each of my intervals. I think the 1:04 and 1:03 laps were long. I need to figure out the markings on the track.

That track has a lot of marks... it probably makes the 300s confusing. The main thing is that you essentially ran 8 x 1 minute fast.

You're right. The workout was still effective. It just bugs me that I don't understand all the marks.
