I am 15 years old. I am a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. I come from a family of 11 children. I enjoy biking, chess,  and Rubik's cubes. I have been running since I was 2. My Dad created this blog.

It was snowy today, so we ran 2x2 miles instead of our usual 4 mile tempo run. I ran the first interval with JoJo, Dad, and William. We started out a little behind 6:00 per mile, but we caught up towards the end. Our first mile was somewhere around 6:03. I ran 11:55, and JoJo, Dad, and William ran 11:56. In the second interval we were running even 6:00 for most of the time. Benjamin joined us at one mile. JoJo was struggling, especially in the last mile.  He dropped out with 600 to go. I felt pretty relaxed. I kicked in the last 0.25 and ran 75. Dad ran 80. Wasn't super tiring surprisingly.
