| Today I ran Murray Fun Days. I got 18:03, 1st in age(12-14), and 11th overall. First mile was 5:50, it was uphill, My legs were hurting. Mile 2 was better, I ran 5:37, I felt better. I'm not sure what the next mile was. But I felt quite miserable. I passed my Dad after I saw my 5:50 split and he never passed me again. I hope I can break 17:45 or 17:30 at Draper Days. It has no big hills and I hope that I am in better shape by then.

| I ran 6 miles with JoJo, Benjamin, and my Dad. First we warmed up about 2.25 miles. My dad was doing three miles at 6:00 up the Provo Canyon. JoJo and I joined him for the last three quarters. The pace felt pretty easy, but I couldn't get to a good position to pace. Afterwards I ran 3 miles home with JoJo.
