tried to do a time trial 5k tonight, there was some rain in the area so the temp was only 89 but the humidity was crazy - dew point 66 at the start of my run - they were right about Phoenix. 5:41 first mile and then just couldn't keep pushing so called it after 1.25 and jogged in the rest
