treadmill tonight in tulsa after a long drive. after a 3 mile start, I decided to drop the mill to 5:30 pace, was feeling really easy and and about 3/4 of a mile the breaker blew and the machine stopped--had to get the front desk to fix it, got back on the mill, did a mile slow, then dropped it to 5:27 pace for 1.5 miles, that is 8:10 for 1.5, which is around 16:47 5k pace. felt really pretty easy, i mean definitely a hard pace, but felt good to pound out some speed, finished with a 2 mile c/d for 8.25 total, overall good workout and indicator of fitness
