thought about taking a rest day as i was a little tired, but figured 3 was better than nothing. cold morning, windchills in the single digits. lots of snow still on the ground, footing was awful. 3 with no splits, 22:38, 7:33 avg pace

Still always nice to get something in - it makes you feel good mentally (afterwards) when the weather conditions are terrible.

So Prague marathon, huh? How did you end up deciding on that one? It sounds really cool!

hey thanks! Yea it is nice to get out if only for a few, gonna hit a long run tomorrow and im lookin forward to it.

I'm gonna be studying in Germany for 4 months and at the end my wife and i will be travelling and i managed to coordinate our week long stay in Prague with the marathon in may...i love that city and the best way to see it has got to be a marathon i figure!

I figured it must have coincided w/ some other reason for being in Europe. That is really cool that you are going to be able to race an international marathon.

For sure, im very excited for the opportunity! Shooting for sub-3, but mainly just using the build up in mileage as the basework for a sub-16 5k when i return in mid-may
