good fitness test today. went out with a warmup mile, then dropped right into a pretty much full out mile to see where i was. 5:22.9 first mile, i was pretty happy to see that. ran a mile cooldown, then dropped into gear again for an 800, finished that in 2:34, jogged another half mile, then dropped into another 800, this one 2:35. cooled down for 1.2. Overall, I still have some really solid foot speed and this was a good workout.
