decided to jump on the treadmill after work since it was the hottest day in my lifetime in iowa (107), found my flats in my car, my only running shoes there, found some shorts and i was in business. ran 4x800 pickups on the mile markers at 6:00 pace so 3:00 per 800, max for that treadmill. not super fast but better than nothing
