Weird workout today just because of how it all transpired. Originally, today was to be 4x1600 day, however i was really tight upon starting my warmup so i just decided to hit 7 easy and do speed work tomorrow. About 10 minutes in to the run i decided to ramp it up and here is what happened: 1- 7:05.5 2- 6:48.8 3- 6:03.6
4- 5:59.0 5- 5:45.5 Took about a minute rest here, first 5 miles, 31:42, 6:20 pace with big time negative splits!4 and 5 were huge!
6- 6:38.8 7- 7:24.7 Total run time- 45:46, 6:32 avg pace, weights afterwards
