Fartlek today. Just ran my 5 mile route. Started with 4 min of warmup, then went 3, 2, 1 on with 1 min off in between. Did 2 sets with 2 min set breaks. Did an extra 3 on before taking around 7-8 min to cool down at the end. I just estimated the easy vs threshold miles. Figured I'd keep with the idea of an effort workout since that seems to be doable in the cold and snow.
