10 miles tonight in the pouring rain! its been raining nonstop here in freiburg lately, my legs didnt feel too horrible, 34:03 for the first 5 miles, 6:48 avg pace, 34:54, 6:59 on the way back, 1:08:58 total, 6:54 avg pace for the 10. ran the first 8 miles in somewhere in the vicinity of 54:30, 6:49 avg pace, then slowed it down to bring it in easy. Here in Freiburg on the bike trail they have meter markers every half kilometer...over one stretch, I hit 5 consecutive 500 meter markers in 2:10 exactly..i was in a zone. |
