Relentless

AM - 11 Twix/Foremaster.  (Peg blue 343.5)

AM - 6 Parkway.  No morning practice, so I ran 6 with Twix.  (Peg Oly 177)

afternoon - 5.5 DI/GS.  Warmed and cooled with the team around their short track workout.  (Kinvara green 431.75)

AM - walk the dog. 

afternoon - 8 Parkway. Not a bad run. Planned out tomorrow's F5 court preceding. Will Carson be able to go to NXR?!  #sworntosecrecy (peg black 655.25)

AM - 6 Parkway. Hit the run in reverse this morning. A bit cooler out, but not as cold as I expected. Saw a great shooting star over Shinob. I see a lot of them in the morning, but always forget to write about them - I think shooting stars are very cool and actually can bring some peace and significance to our lives. (Cumulus 205.75)

evening - 4 Kingman.  Just an out and back in the beautiful metropolis of Kingman, Az., on the way down to Nike SW.  (Peg grey 155)

AM - 6.5 Kingman.  Robs and I did a triangle shaped run along the streets of Kingman.  Good cool temped run.  The only prob was that the cold shoots right into my finger and really hurts.  (Peg grey 161.5)

evening - 3 Casa Grande.  Ran the course with the boys.  They were a little tense with each other.  (Peg Grey 164.5)

AM - 4 Eloy.  Just an easy 4 out and back into the darkness of Eloy.  You can see forever out there in the desert.  Eloy was a pretty good place to stay; although not the nicest place in the world, the convenience to Casa and the race was beautiful.  (Peg grey 168.5)

Ran a bit more at the races, but won't count it.  The kids ran well.  Really proud of the JV guys for holding there own.  Most of the V guys ran pretty well (placing 14th in the championship race).  And the V girls had a very solid race - even though the speed ratings don't show it, weird (placing 8th in the championship race).

Goals for next week: achilles has started to increase pain a bit this week, don't like that.  Want to enjoy some good trail running over the break.
