AM - 10.25 Washington Loop then joined James for Dogpound. Legs were a bit more tired today than yesterday. The whole run ave. was only 8:00. But that's what the legs had. (Cumulus blue 215.25) afternoon - 6.65 Dino Tracks. Still nice out, but starting to warm up. Dip in the pool after was quite refreshing. Still some residual fatigue in the legs. (191.15)
Pool Running - 10 minutes. Earlier in afternoon, before afternoon run. Twice as long as both other times. Getting the hang of it. Noticed that the faster I went, the more I stayed up on top of the water. |
