Goals morning - 10.75 Dirt Mile/PVHS. Twix and I went and did some laps up in the dirt. Remarked it to get ready for summer XC! It is pretty good condition and was giving out 6:30's without much effort. Maybe I'll try and get back in shape. Then over to practice where I warmed and cooled with the state boys and their recoveries between reps (they looked very solid today; I think we have really prepped most of the team for some very good peaking based on Region and what will hopefully happen at State). Pretty good week. Life chilled a bit after the APUSH exam last week and we had good Region meet.
Goals for next week: it will be another pretty busy one with State and a few other end of the year events. Just looking for some more enjoyable running with improvements in the hammy and achilles.
