AM - 6 2xAC.  Good start to the week.  (Five Fingers 225.35)

afternoon - 7.5 2xDI/PVMS.  Ran the warm and cool with the team as well as down to the middle school.  Got home and ran Molly's Mile.  (Cumulus gold 511.25)

AM - 6 AC/2450.  Feeling good this morning.  (Five Fingers 231.35)

afternoon - 15.5 Roller Coaster/Trail to Nowhere.  Ran the roller coasters with the team and then got into a 5 mile tempo on the trail to nowhere.  Felt very strained and didn't flow at all, so it turned out to be more of a TM pace than what I wanted (but that happens sometimes).  Finished with Molly's Desert run and around the block as the girls rode their bikes.  (Boston 101.5)

AM - 6 AC/2450.  Hip acting up a little last night and this morning.  (Five Fingers 237.35)

afternoon - 8.5 Fields.  A pretty worn down run.  It was kind of ugly.  Ran a bit with Ry.  (Free 189.2)

AM - 14.5 Target.  Tried to get a little Tinman tempo section in for 6 miles after 6 mile warm-up, but turned out to be just a little off.  Molly's Desert run and 5x dirt hills.  (Triumph 476.75)

evening - 5 Parkway.  After a long day of yard work, this was a good way to unwind, but the run was slow and achy.  (Cumulus white 782.65)

morning - 20.75 Green Valley.  Although the legs were never there, I thought the run might be pretty good as I started off strong and easy - running very relaxed and not pushing the pace was 6:30-6:45 for the first 10 miles.  Did okay on the hills through GV and Red Hill.  But then the last 5 or so where I wanted to push the pace a bit were a bit more tired.  The legs were heavy and slow.  Hip didn't bug during but ached a lot after.  (Landreth orange 640.75)

Got my miles up.  So that is good I guess.

Goals for next week:  Pretty much the same stuff; be around 90, try and get a good workout in on Weds. and a decent tempo section sometime.
