morning - 20.75 Green Valley. Although the legs were never there, I thought the run might be pretty good as I started off strong and easy - running very relaxed and not pushing the pace was 6:30-6:45 for the first 10 miles. Did okay on the hills through GV and Red Hill. But then the last 5 or so where I wanted to push the pace a bit were a bit more tired. The legs were heavy and slow. Hip didn't bug during but ached a lot after. (Landreth orange 640.75)
Got my miles up. So that is good I guess. Goals for next week: Pretty much the same stuff; be around 90, try and get a good workout in on Weds. and a decent tempo section sometime.
