morning - 9 Hell's Hole.  Molly's Townhome run and then over to practice down onto Hell's Hole trail (I've called it other things, but I guess this is it's official name).  Tried out some new Avia that Steve gave me.  Felt okay, but a bit big so I gave them to one of the kids on the team.  (Barefoot '10 58)(Boston 184.5)
