morning - 26.5 Gooseberry.  A brutally amazing run.  Ran with Logan from Virgin up a crazy climb (hiked it) up the north side of Gooseberry and then basically around the rim of the mesa.  The views were awesome, but the running was tough.  It really took a toll on me and by the end I was spent.  Glad I went though, even though I wasn't sure I should after being sick for the last couple days - I am sure that added somewhat to me fatigue.  This section of the Zion race is going to be a tough one.  (NB 110 120.5)

As I think about riding that trail I remember lots of rocky sections, turns and up and downs. Kind of a fun trail but not one you can get the flow going on very good.
