morning - 14.5 PVHS/Town/home.  Ran over to practice where we went into town by Dixie College and then I ran home.  It started a little chilly, but I didn't think it would be too bad; however, the wind blew in a cold sleety rain that had me pretty frozen by the end.  (Triumph silver 525.8)

afternoon - 6 Lower Grapevine.  Nice easy run out to Lower Grapevine.  The dirt wasn't too wet from this morning (although it was still pretty windy) and I felt pretty good - hip not bugging much at all.  (Cumulus gold 626.9)

Nice job on the mileage today. I have a question about the meet. The meet info. says do "B" teams. I totally understand that since the meet always lasts quite awhile. Is there any way though that we could squeeze in some more milers? We could pay extra if needed. Let me know on your blog since mine is inactive:) If you can't let any more run, I completely understand. Thanks.

Sorry Greg - we have told so many teams no. I am still trying to figure out how to get my own kids some races. Next year we may try a different format to help everyone get in their athletes, but this year we're stuck at 4.
