afternoon - 7.5 GS.  My arm is tired from holding my hand up close to my chest all day and all run. But the run was good and the finger didn't hurt any more than the rest of the day. Didn't use any heavy med last night or any ibu all day. Hurt a bit, but I survived. (Peg oly 158.5)
