afternoon - 12 River Trail. Ran the same Tempo workout as last week. Got a few others started on there's and then we got into ours - a 4 miler at a solid pace. Miles 1 and 2 were good (a much better start than last week, although it wasn't bad last week) at 5:38, then a 5:40, and a 5:32. Consistent and strong for everyone. Cooled down back to the track and ran 4x200's pretty much as hard as I can go. Then finished with Molly's 8th run. (Boston 69.75) |
