The legs are finally starting to cooperate with me.  Really no pain or soreness this morning.  Had a fun swim last night with the family and did just a couple laps to see if it helped work anything out.  Maybe the last time of the year for me - with a meet today and the weather looking to turn nasty this weekend.

Im finally able to walk almost like a human. I really want to get back at it but Im going to try and wait a couple more days. Dont want to get hurt. Im still excited from Saturday and want to get at the next race.
