PM - ran after a very hectic day of trying to get ready to leave for Boston and multiple broken down cars and towing trips to the shop and all sorts of stuff. So it was very nice to just run - even though it was on the treadmill (I just turned on Lost and enjoyed it). 1 mile warm up at 7:30. Then decline at 7:30 for a mile. 3 miles decline at marathon (hopefully!) pace 5:52 - okay 6:00 is true marathon pace goal for me, but why not push myself? Next a mile still at decline at 7:30. Then recovery mile - flat - at 7:30. Show wasn't at a commercial so I kept going. Put it on 2 then 3 percent incline for .25 and then .5 at 4%. It was fun to go uphill. (Cumulus 241.75) |
