The time off won't hurt you at all. Hopefully you get feeling better. If you do we will meet at the Dixie Center at 7 am to do 20 or so.

Missed you at the track meet. Haley said that she was telling herself stuff that you would be yelling to her if you were there. Get feeling better. Sickness is not cool!

Hope you get feeling better soon. I ran a few miles with your cousin, Jeremy, this morning. He seems like a real good guy and it was nice running with him.

How do you know him? He is a really nice guy.

Missed having you along this morning. Could have used you to push me along. Hope your feeling better. If not get better soon.

I met him at the local running club's group run this morning. We were talking about Boston and he told me about his cousin who got hypothermia last year. I remembered your report from last year and put two and two together.
