AM - up and at early (even though I didn't want to, but there is a track meet this afternoon, so its the only time I will get). 10 on treadmill - no incline and 7:30 for 1st mile and 6:58 for the rest. Knees weren't sore this morning! Plantar feeling good lately! But I am a bit sore - from the downhill run Monday. Even stopped to stretch a little here and there. (Cumulus) |
