AM - about 30 minute walk with the dog and then abs and weights. A rest morning should be good for me.
afternoon - 9 2xDI/track. 25 min tempo. Glad the pace isn't too hard. I felt good, but may not have been able to go a ton quicker. Was basically around 6:25. Last week had thought I might extend by tempo with a quicker finish on my own, but it wasn't in the cards today. It was a good run though. (Pace blue 98)
