AM - 8 treadmill 1%. Decided I have to do these treadmill runs when the girls are asleep because they make it very difficult to run without interruption. (Cumulus red 53.45) evening - 7 treadmill 1%. Well I started reading Chi Running as well as Advanced Marathoning. Taking some good things and leaving out others from both. From Chi the best thing I got was the improvement in form that I have realized I have needed to make in a long time. My problem is that I really sit back on my feet; thus my legs get spent as well as problematic leg and foot issues like PF, Achilles issues, and shin issues. So what I am trying to do is improve my lean a bit and get up in front of my feet. I really noticed a change between my two runs today because of this. And I am actually looking forward to the next few runs to work on these technical aspects. Easy pace both runs. (Cumulus 406.4)
