afternoon - 8 Hills. Went over to the hill by my old church and ran 2 sets of 2 hard downhills and 1 hard uphill. This was super tough for me. The up hills are tough and the downhills are tougher. Then finished with a 10 minute tempo at 6:00 pace coming back to the school. That part of the workout felt nice. Achilles (right) is really starting to hurt again. (Cumulus 213.75)
