AM - 6 Twix/AC. Abs, then a bit of running with Twix and then practice. Finished up with a pleasant session of yoga. (Peg blue 419)
afternoon - 9.25 Old Man Hills. Over to Old Man's and did 3 sets of 3x80 sec hills at a good controlled pace. Had a solid cool and 4xstriders. (Peg Oly 264.75)
