AM - 4 Twix. Decent morning jaunt with the dog and then weights and abs. (Pace 382.75)
afternoon - 7.75 Track. Warmed up to Harts and then a track workout. Did the same workout as last week with the varying paces. Was fine, because it isn't too hard, but if it had been I could've been in trouble. Cooled around the track. (Pace blue 89)
