AM - 4 Perry's.  (I think that's what I was calling this run...) With Twix up around the Perry's Landing area.  (Riders 522.25)

afternoon - 5.75 Church Rocks.  Achilles and knee were all giving me problems, so I couldn't really enjoy the run as much as I should have.  (Kinvara silver 539.5)
