AM - 4 Neighborhood.  I actually did it - I woke up!  Took Twix around with me to try and wear her out a little.  It was a nice morning with a little rain and the warmth of the overcast sky.  Enjoyed it.  (Kinvara white 377.75)

afternoon - 7.25 River Trail. 20 mins at Tinman thrown into the middle. Team ran well and held pace pretty well. (Peg 20.75)
